GENERAL INTERVENTION CONDITIONS

Multiservices Ouest offers its customer (private individual, company or public group) a series of services which consists in selecting, looking for, introducing and establishing contact between a customer having a planning renovation or building work and a building contractor.

Multiservices Ouest is totally independent from the building contractors chosen, it does not take side and never signs an estimate agreed upon between the customer and the building contractor.

Multiservices Ouest does not make any study, project management or coordination between the building contractors nor does follow up on what happens on the building site.

Multiservices Ouest gives the building contractors the basic information provided by the customer : name, address, phone number, type of work, and when possible the measurements.

Multiservices Ouest is paid for its services by the building contractor.

Multiservices Ouest , which is only obliged to provide the means, for which it will commit itself with all its competence and professional assets. It will do its maximum to make the contract between the customer and the building contractor come to a successful conclusion. In every case, the building contractor will remain the only responsible party for the technical study, the quotation, the offered and implemented solutions, the following up of the works and their full completion.

Multiservices Ouest cannot ever be considered as being responsible for any wrong/damage, direct or indirectly sustained by the customer and due to a mistake make by one or several building contractors during the work. The customer then strictly renounces to charge Multiservices Ouest with any mistake/flaw.

This contract is subject to the French law. Any dispute concerning the interpretation and/or execution of these general conditions will come under the authority of the Courts in Rennes if no agreement can be found, whatever the number of defendants and/or appeals of guarantee, even for the urgent or conservatory proceedings, summary or by appeal.
