To advise and assist the customer to choose the best solutions in accordance to his needs.To inform him quite precisely about the different steps to follow ( preliminary declaration for the works, planning permission....) and on the conditions granting premiums (or subsidies), tax credits and other current financial incentives.

To write the estimates with a detailed and thorough description of the works proposed, together with a deadline, the terms of payment, the guarantees, and making sure to be able to execute the work.

To carry out the works agreed upon, after the estimate has been accepted and co-signed by the customer. To respect the contract as well as the norms, the rules and regulations corresponding to the trade, and if need be, the technical prescriptions supplied by the manufacturers.

To inspect the work done with the customer himself, leave the place clean, and hand out all the documents related to the guarantees and maintenance of the equipment just put in. Then to give a detailed and thorough invoice of the work (in accordance with the estimate) and if need be, all the documents the customer will need to apply for bonuses or financial aids....

To be registered at the Guild Chamber(Chambre des Métiers) and/or at the Chamber of Commerce, and have all the necessary professional skills, learnt through an initial training or a confirmed and long experience in the field.

To be up to date as far as the social and fiscal obligations are concerned, work with registered staff only, and have a professional insurance to cover up the work : professional and decenial civil liability (assurance civile & décennale)..
